Do alternative cartridges void my printer warranty?
Our refilled and compatible cartridges will not void your printer warranty and will not adversely affect your machine in any way. We just clean, overhaul and refill the original OEM cartridge which goes back into your machine the same way it came out. Some machines are programmed to give you a message when you put the refilled cartridge back in to say words to the effect of “it may be harmful to your machine to use a reconditioned cartridge” which obviously is designed to put you off using one. All our cartridges have a warranty and a guarantee the only thing they will do in your machine is print perfectly!
Are compatible or refilled cartridges as good as original ones?
It depends who is refilling them. We have enough experience to guarantee our cartridges work like originals because we have the right equipment and know how. Other companies may not. For example others may provide you with a perfect refill that isn’t packaged properly so the cartridge dries out quickly. We are able in most cases to provide you with a cartridge that will print more pages than the original at half the cost. The print quality will be guaranteed also and they won’t dry out!
How many times can a cartridge be refilled?
Print head ink cartridges between 2 and 10 times. Other ink cartridges can be refilled up to 20 times. The majority of laser cartridges can be refilled indefinitely. The life of a cartridge can depend on what you print so please get in touch with us for a more informed answer.
I have not used my printer for some time and the printouts are streaky or a colour is missing, is there anything I can do?
Usually the best thing to do here is check for ink or toner in the cartridge and run a head cleaning cycle on the machine. This is quite straight forward but if you have any problems please get in touch with us and we’ll endeavour to get you printing straight away.
Do some brands refill better than others?
Yes. There are also some brands that contain a lot more ink. If you are thinking of changing your machine feel free to contact us for a recommendation on the best machine for you.
For the biggest savings our refilled cartridges give perfect results and the majority contain double the amount of ink as originals at half the price!
